10/02/2020: We are pleased to announce that Flu shots are now available in our office. Due to limited supply, patients coming for in-office visits maybe given first priority.

Effective 05/01/2020: We are no longer accepting any New Patients with Aetna insurance.

Updated office visit policy 05-29-2020

Our first priority is to keep you, your families and our staff healthy. We  monitor the information about recommendations related to the coronavirus pandemic on an ongoing basis from local, state and federal public health officials.

As we gradually expand our outpatient visits, we are taking  several precautions for the safety of our patients and staff. We continue to encourage televisits. We are limiting outpatient visits to permit adequate social distancing, limit surface contacts and allow for enhanced disinfection.

These precautions include:

Completion of a screening questionnaire 24 hours prior to visit and notification if there are any changes on the day of the visit and notification of insurance, pharmacy or address updates via portal or by phone. (Please see contact Info and Forms)

Face masks are required at all times while in the office.

If you arrive without a face mask please call the front desk before entering. Due to supply shortages we are unable to provide you with a mask; we will make other arrangements for your appointment

Only patients with appointments may enter the waiting room. Please enter the office no sooner than 5 minutes prior to the time of your scheduled visit.

If a patient requires assistance from a person who is a critical member of their care team, please notify the office in advance. Other individuals will be asked to remain outside of the office.

If you need to come to the office to pick up/drop off an item, arrange a time in advance with the front desk prior. No walk ins are permitted.

Our patients may call us at 301-468-1451 or send us a message via our web portal to schedule a tele-visit as needed. Please communicate by phone or web message with us regarding any immediate endocrine needs until a new appointment can be scheduled, and to update us when needed about your medical concerns.

Please select the TeleHealth Instructions page on the left for detailed information prior to your TeleHealth visit.

We want to keep you aware of the steps that we are taking to keep our patients and staff healthy as we address the concerns related to Coronavirus (Covid-19).
